How to Order

Simply add all your items to your basket, proceed to pay via our secure Paypal payment system (no account needed) and during checkout if you have any personal details such as name for our name prints or personalisation details, such as a list of names for party bags, please add them here (e.g. add message to seller).  We will then email you to confirm the names you have given us.

Returns Policy

We want our customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchase and to recommend us to others.

Please advise us within 7 Working Days if you are not happy with your order.

Please understand that postage will not be refunded in this case.

Goods should be returned in the same condition as you received them & in the same packaging.

We cannot offer refunds after 7 days of receipt of goods unless they are proven to be faulty. We can only offer returns on personalised goods where they are proven to be faulty.

If however there are any problems with items we supply, please contact us immediately or at the very latest within seven days of despatch.

THIS IN NO WAY AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

"WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE ANY GOODS WHICH ARE IN ANY WAY FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE"

Please notify us of your intentions.

All items prior to dispatch are checked for quality ,we will either REPLACE OR REFUND at your discretion.
For FAULTY GOODS postage will be refunded.

In the unlikely event of any problems please contact us and we will do our best to help without delay.
